An afternoon thunderstorm caused minimal damage and an hours delay Sunday afternoon. The shade cover did cause some tense moments when the wind tumbled the cover against the pine trees south of the firing line while narrowing missing the returning target painters. Physics mystery: Target paint propellant caused white clouds when it came in contact with the heavy moist air. The temperature dropped 20 degrees in a short time. Temps for Friday and Saturday's matches were in the low 90's.
